Roger, Thank you very much, that helps! Any info we can pass on to a buyer/collector is helpful. I am surprised they did not sign or mark their engravings in a way that you would know who did them.- Dan Mc

Help identifying engraver
We have a Savage model 720 12ga with the wartime proof marks stamped in it. The shotgun is highly engraved by what must be a very good engraver. This would have been done after WW2, maybe in the 50-60's. Any help would be fantastic.- Dan Mc
