it would take a bit or xperimenting, but plain old hot melt glue can and will capture the finest detail you can create. i'd assume these "castings" could be used to make prints, if nothin else.
all depends on cubic feet of air at the source at a given pressure. determine cfm requirements of ea tool. how many "cubes". are needed at a given time. situationally, all our needs vary. you will have to determine that for yerself. jmho
cool stuff. you can get real bone @ decent prices. a local rural king store sells huge bones that could make for good practice. a bit of cleaning is needed, but for practice, well worth the price.

i quite agree with sam. however, if half way thru a given project, umm-- double bugger. use a lube and try dubbing the tip a bit. that may help. hang in there !
