    Thanks Mitch. Yes, I love how that looks on your work. I did another one similar to this with a harder shadow and I wanted to try the softer shadow. As I look at it now, I also think I should have had just a little more shadow on the B. I'll have to work on my lighting direction.

    Just a little project for myself

    I decided car my key needed an accessory. This is my first gold inlay work. It is in mild steel and my first time at blueing. Didn't know what to expect. I know I need a lot of practice still on my scrolls, but it is a start.

    ‎Patrick Stewart‎ to The Engravers Notebook Just now · I finally had the chance to do some engraving! Did a practice plate with some fonts and my first copper inlay. Also did a stainless slide for a friend. He wanted his name and team logos.
