B&L Stereozoom 4 Barlow lens question

It seems that this scope uses a 38mm objective lens which seems hard to find. Does anybody make an adapter to use a more common thread?

do like i did. if threads are off a mm or so, simply use hot melt glue stick. i did this crude trick on my scope. ugly as heck, but works.

Look into photographic lens filter adaptors.....they are made in a variety of sizes to convert threads to different sizes.....you may have to use more than one to get it to work.

I was lucky enough to find a B&L 0.5x lense online for $40 but thanks for the inputs
