Took Sunday off and went shopping with the wife for a dress to wear to our Daughters wedding in March next year This is a time when males especially Dads keep quiet
But looking through the book shop I found this book,
A link to the same on amazon
http://www.amazon.com/Game-Hunting-...=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1316422037&sr=1-1
The look inside I feel does the book no justice as there are pages of early lithographs of early hunting drives and the methods used, A good section on early engraving. A section on animals used to hunt, dogs & falcons + a great selection of in motion photos of animals
This is all European information but a selection and subject I have struggled to find much on here
Be warned it is a big book 320mmx270mm x50mm thick
Cheers Graham

Graham,

Thanks for mentioning Game & Hunting. My copy is in a two volume set in a slipcase. It sounds like yours is in one large volume. Though the dust jacket art is different (mine has a stag on one volume and an owl on the other) it is the same book in every respect. Mine is a 1997 edition. I can highly recommend it for anyone who does game scenes.

The shipping might be a little steep because it weighs 7.6 pounds.

Roger
