Sam this is the ring i was talking about that your monogram system came in handy with. the font worked perfect with the design. the budget did not allow hand engraving so i did it in cadcam.

Interesting cross pollination of technology.this is how new styles get created! I can tell the relief work was done mostly as a design element and features quite a difference in height. Have you considered adding shading cuts to the work for more detail or reducing the the depth of cut and inlaying areas with contrasting alloys? hmm, the existing casting might be too soft for that last one buy if it was cast in say, stainless steel ! I've got to say that's one cool looking ring! Glad to see my monogram system worked well for you. Sorry I didn't see this when you first posted it. What software are you using?

Your rings turned out REALLLLLY COOL! I went and watched the demo video of the Roland JWX10! That looks like it would be a blast to have.
