During my holiday I finally had time to watch Sam's video on scroll design and started some scribbling.
This is where it get's me until now.
Never did any serious scroll drawing before because I always soon lost track and it made me mad to understand how to draw scrolls.
Still a long way to go but I can see improvement and now I seem to understand a little what to do and where to watch.
Sorry some pictures are poor.

It has been a occupied 6 months with a lot of sad family affairs. I kept me busy and away from any hobbies. Only last week I could pick up again after I found new inspiration and a engraving commission on a golden signet-ring of initials. So, I'm catching up again with engraving and drawing.
Furthermore, the tank terminal project is great fun but demanding too and is now entering its final stage of commissioning and start up.

I see you have a lot of fun with the recorded lessons of Sam like me.

Regards
