Help please Grs maestro not working properly

I just bought this grs maestro off of ebay, got it today, exited to hook it up and is not working properly it doesnt have power enough, piston moves but very weak, took it apart cleaned it with alcohol put it back together and is doing the same thing, im very disappointed at this point can this be fixed? Please help

What machine are you using? And do other handpieces work properly with it?

The Maestro EX is the powerful one useful for deep stippling. The Maestro is a much lower power.
