Question: Italian engraving/engravers?

Hi folks,

I'm over in Italy (near Siena in Tuscany) for a few days, and was just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that might have any engraving exhibits etc. Museums maybe?

Not sure if such a place exists, but thought I'd ask anyway.

I'm not familiar with that region, but further north, in Lombardia, north of Brescia, the Gardone Val Trompia is the heart of Italian firearm manufacturing and engraving.

The Beretta Museum is also there, but I understand that admission to that museum is by invitation only. However most of the manufacturers should be happy to show you their wares, including their museum-grade collections.

I've never visited it, but the Stibbert Museum seems interesting. It's in Florence.
