Liner graver advice

So am I right, 10 is the width of the tool and 18 is the number of lines. so a 10-20 should be fine for small fine brightcut jewellery. I think I'll order one of them seeing they're in stock

In the GRS catalog I found the following quote: "Example with an 18-10 Liner: The first number tells the spacing in thousandths of an inch when divided by 2. The second number shows how many lines are on the graver. Therefore, an 18-10 liner has 10 lines spaced 0.009" apart."

hi Jim. math isn't my strong suit.. nor imperial.. would this mean that a liner with a 1mm (.039") space would be (roughly), an 80-__ liner?

Would anyone like to see if this prints out actual size and that my measurements are accurate.
