I can hear that my hand piece has a light hissing noise.
At the same time the compressor (GRS oil-less) has shorter idling breaks.
It turns on even when I stop the engraving for tool sharpening.
The air pressure appears to be the strongest when the compressor is running.
My hand piece is a 900 if I remember well enough.
Please, let me know what should I do about it, your advise will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You very much.

Look things over and make sure that is where the noise is coming from first.
A little soapy water will show bubbles.
Check the fitting where the hose goes into the handpiece.
If you can take it apart, cut off about and inch and a half of the hose and reassemble it.
Sometimes a crack or tear develops in the area where the hose connect to the handpiece.

Be sure not to get any water into your handpiece.
If you have any doubt.....dry it thoroughly before using it.
PS. I only answered this because it's Sunday and GRS is closed.
Call them tomorrow if you don't have it fixed......they are your best resource.

John, I was using precaution and applied only kitchen soap. The minor leaking at the hand piece was the consequence of the major leaking (detected by Palmolive) at the other end of the air feeding tube.
The tube connecting to the orange valve was compromised. I cut the end of the tube as You advised and reconnected to the valve. No more leaks, the machine is back to normal.
Thank You, and God bless for your caring.
