Need help in locating a specific engraver

Hi. I am new to this website and need the membership's assistance in locating an firearm engraver....the last name is Starrett. The first name is not noted on the pistol but it looks like a "D". The signature reads "D. Starrett- Engr." Can anyone tell me how I can contact this person or how I can get more information? Many thanks!!!
