You're not keeping up with your pledge membership renewals. Same thing happened last year. My Paypal acct is set up to auto-renew my pledge which it did in March. However, it doesn't indicate under my name that I donated. It's a little thing, but does warrant some recognition.

Sorry for your trouble. The entire process is automated and when we switched softwares there have been some glitches I apologize for.

I can easily be reached by email. Please email me your name and date of transaction and I'll sort it out. alfano@gmail.com I don't see a transaction under "Kanger" in my PayPal account.

I have refunded your payment and cancelled your subscription. There's nothing else I can do. The system is supposed to advance you to Pledge Membership, which it did, but it wasn't showing under your user name. This is because of the forum software switch and you had first pledged with the previous system. Thanks for your support and I'm sorry for the hassle.
