Question: silent oilless air compressor

hello guys. got a question. i just moved to a new location and the building do not allow a loud equipment. well my old air compressor was laud so i have to buy a new on. i have the GRS G8 engraver and i was wondering if any one has this oilless silent air compressor. and would it work with grs ?

Comparing specs from the web, the silent model GRS sells:
delivers 2.15 CFM at 114 PSI.

The one your asked about on Amazon:
6.5 CFM // 120 PSIG

I see no reason why it won't work.

The oilless "silent" air compressors are somewhere in-between the loudness of a normal compressor and a sil or june air. My shop ordered a couple of oil-less silent compressors looking to save money and to get a compressor that would demand less maintenance. Turns out they are still pretty loud, though not deafening like normal compressor.

I have one that I'm testing and it's definitely not silent, but comfortable enough to work next to.

My big compressor from the farm died the other day. I suspect my wife did something because she disliked the noise so much. I purchased a GMC syclone 6310. Runs at 60 decibels. $250. I don't know anything about dependability but have my fingers crossed.
