Critique Request Some machine some hand engraving

This is the wall plaque I made for a retiring Township Supervisor. They wanted some sort of an emblem on the top. I searched for an official emblem for the township with no results. So I designed this. Mostly hand engraved.

The body of the plaque was done my Hermies engraving machine.
