It has been a while since I have posted, so here it goes....
I am looking for an aftermarket Glock slide that I can engrave. With all the Glocks out there one would think that there would be a market that the manufacturers would make a good clean slide for engraving.
So far I have only came across one that is 17-4 Stainless with a heat treat they call H900, which sounds hard. Lone Wolf went from 416 stainless to 17-4 which sounds too hard. Years ago I heard that 416 was OK to cut.
I have cut stainless steel before but that was on older pistols. An old SW revolver cut like good old steel. So if anyone can point me a good direction, please let me know.
Thanks,
