Hi,
I received my new scope and in using it I've came up with a few questions. I'm using a grs turntable and magnablock, do you turn the ball vise and the table or only the table? Do you keep the body of the scope perfectly vertical or at an angle with the eyepieces tilted towards you? And finally if you do tilt the scope do you tilt the top of your ball vise to match? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Ken

Ken: Lock the crown of the vise so that only the turntable rotates. You can angle the scope a bit if you like. If you angle the vise toward you, that will change as the turntable rotates. I find that I frequently tilt the vise as I'm cutting. You can also engrave with it flat...just whatever works.

Put a X or dot in the center of the turn table and center the scope to the mark then when you move the vice around the center of rotation will stay the same.
