I'm glad these are available, and spiral binding makes them a lot easier to read. I have some hard bound ones and they're extremely stiff.
$10 shipping per books seems awfully high. Too bad they won't combine shipping. In any event, these are excellent resources and every engraver should at least have Art Monograms & Lettering. BTW, there's a free version on Google Books but the resolution isn't that great. Sufficient but not great. The printed version is far better.
What about Winter's School of Jewelry Engraving Is this book being reprinted? You can see the book on archive.org; it would be better to have a ring bound copy.
You can download it to a jump drive and take it to Office Depot or similar place and they will print and bind it for you for a nominal fee. Just be sure to include the page that says it is royalty free. Mine is plastic spiral bound with a acetate cover and cost IIRC around $10.
