For folks starting out, I will show them how to do this. Looks good and pretty simple with attractive results. A quick border. Use edge wriggle on inside of a scroll and an interesting effect. I’m far from an expert but like to play.

How do you do the edge wriggle? Do you do a bright cut over part of the wriggle?

You can either cut the inside of the scroll and follow that line for the wriggle or do the wriggle to create the inside of the scroll. The flat graver is turned at an angle, steeper at the base of the scroll and flatten out a bit to make the wriggle wider. Will see if I can get an example picture or two. Be easier if I had three hands to do and take pictures.

Basically a wriggle cut with angled flat graver.

i used the "wiggle", i hate the word "wriggle" very effectively on quite a few buckles. the cut can provide a bit of interest on low end work. can provide nice profit without sendin a bloke to the poorhouse
