Crazed Dan

I have been engraving for about 6 months very part time. I bought all my stuff from grs and have a gravermiester and all the attendant tools. I bought a gravermiester because all of the engravers I knew used one and recommended it. I have done "artwork" most of my life and have actually sold paintings. I make my living as an engineer. I will be retiring in a few years maybe. I love muzzle loading guns and hunt almost exclusively with flint locks. My engraving so far has excited me and at times caused me to want to vomit. My tastes run towards the whimsical (my last water color was of a squirrel smoking weed). I am 62 yrs old and in good health but should be deadened. I have been shot twice, snake bitten three times, had spotted fever, spinal meningitis and had my left leg cut off. Other than that I'm fine.
