My name is Rick Hahn. I Retired from IT Communications Management on 1/1/2018 ..... Wooo Hooo!!! I’m a Total beginner engraver. Just finished buying used GRS Gravermach AT, 901 and a few other hand pieces. I also have Lindsay Classic Palm control, foot control, tungsten piston, standard piston and A Nitro. I also have both compressor and scuba tank set ups. I also have Both Lindsay and GRS sharpening systems, 2 Muehlmatt and a GRS vices. I have a Nikon and 2 other Microscope setups and 4 high speed rotary hand pieces etc. I also recently acquired a sand etching set up with a dental blasting chamber and a Cricut system to make stencils and masks. Recently, I bought 2 Ipad Pro’s w/ Procreate. 1 is for my granddaughter so she and I can learn to draw. I also took classes from GRS and JJ Roberts but I’m still hopeless. Dang, I sure hope I will like engraving ...... lol.
I Want to try engraving fishing rod components to bring rod building to a new level. Also try engraving more detail into fishing lures and molds. Just a thought.
