I was thinkin last night about how to put a valve on my new (to me) gravermiester so i could have 2 hand peaces hooked up and just turn the valve to switch between them. Has any one done this and if so what kind of valve did you use and how did you go about it?

Hi Steve,
Have you checked with GRS ?
They have a simple and neat valve to do this that fits at the machine.
You can also do it by adding one of their quick coupling female air connector to the Gravermiester air hose and a male connectors to each handpiece hose.
Just don't get the hoses too long or you can loose a little power.
Enjoy your Gravermiester.
Best,

Steve, here is how I have mine. I have the hose which is for the hand piece run up through the bottom of my bench attached to a small copper tube. ( which is stuck in the bench ) So all I have to do is pull hose for the one hand piece and put the other one on. Joe

Steve,

You can also get a small valve from a shop that sells Aquarium supplies. Just check to see what the Air flow rate it is capable of supporting so you don't lose anything. Try to stick with the same inner diameter as your hose.
