There is also Dixon's Gunmaker's Fair on July 27, 28, 29., just about ten minutes west of Allentown, PA. This is all muzzleloading, from complete rifles to parts. Seminars are held on all kinds of skills, from engraving to powderhorn making.

I'll be there for all three days. This is a little slice of heaven for me. I have a tent set up, come by for a visit if you are in the neighborhood. Absolutely THE place to be if you are interested in the Kentucky rifle. Some of the world's finest builders are there.

sorry to hear that Marty it would be good to see you and chat with you , there are still a few people ask me about you .. hey I just missed out on a nice Winchester 73 it was in good condition the guy said that the bbl needed relined and the cal. was 32-20 he wanted 450.00 for it but the dealer next to me grabbed it up quick and put it on his table for 1500.00.. ron p.

hey that farmers market is the high light of the show ,, too bad it is closed on sundays , but if you have time stop by my table is a12 .. ron p.

hi Jim .. looking forward to meeting you I will have my colts there and a hi powered rifle that I have engraved and gold inlayed be sure to bring some of your work for me to see .I am at table a-12 ron p.
Ron..I won't be able to make it..I am getting ready for the Chantilly Gun Show at the end of the month. Let me know when the next York PA gun show is. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to thank Ron for taking time to talk with me and offer some suggestions to improve my work. You really need to see those colts Ron has done, they are fantastic. It would be great if we could get other engravers to meet at these shows. I am hoping to make the gunmakers fair that is mentioned above, I havent been there in years. Thanks again Ron.
