I'm not sure if they have a web site, but you can call them and get a catalog. Their chicago screws are machined and are top quality.

If you don't need the full back on them, on the thread end, Indian Jewelry Supply has them in two different sizes, they are just the post cylinder with the threads inside and a screw with the head and the threads on the outside. They are machined and work great for soldering on to concho backs, etc.
