Question: Cold Steel

I just happen to have a cold steel fixed knife, Magnum II, that I have had for a few years. Before I try to engrave anything on it, I have plenty of other knives to better my skills, but I was wondering if engraving a
Cold Steel knife would be a problem or not. Has anyone tried engraving one?

Dave, You may be able to engrave some of the fittings but you won't get far on most hardened blades.
