Hi everyone.
this rifle I did some years ago for a customer from Texas. Said his family hunted deer with them (rifles) & he wanted one. a few pics of what he got.:hammer:

Bruce, yes the style is Early Lancaster they had a wide buttplate the furniture has an octagon theme to echo the swamped .54 cal. barrel. the engraving is my own design in keeping with the period 1770's. I've seen originals from the time period and have several books for reference also.:hammer:
