Gravers coming loose during use with PulseGraver?

Hello!
I have recently acquired a used PulseGraver system, but I am finding that my gravers are working themselves loose in the collet after a few minutes of use, to the point where I can just pull them out.
I have tried a few different collets with the same graver and am still having the issue.
I am using the standard Lindsay Carbalt gravers.
I am also only able to insert about 11mm of the graver into the collet, which seems a bit odd as this is my shortest graver and if I was to insert a newly sharpened one there would be too much sticking out to be useable?

Please let me know if you have any tips!

I use a PulseGraver and the gravers go into the collet about 1/4 inch or so. This is about the same as the GRS collets that I have. As with all set screws, tighten it up then back it off 1/4 turn and tighten again. This is a standard procedure for set screws. Gives them a better grip. It gives them a better grip. Also try beveling the edges on the back of the graver and rounding the corners slightly. This will give better contact between the back end of the graver and the collet. If the contact is not good it will cause some vibration which loosens the set screw. Make sure the end of the graver is square for good contact.
I have had some of the Carbalt gravers come loose and this is how I solved the problem.

If this does not help, I would suggest contacting Tira or Rob at Engraver.com. They are a terrific help. You can also post on their Slack website. I think you need to contact them to join as it is a PulseGraver owners site.
