I found this on another Forum. Anybody sign their work JV ' 05? It looks tasteful and understated done in 2005 I assume.

MJ, The only engraver I can think of would be John Vest just a guess. JJ

The poster (Hopalong) edited the post to say that the initials are actually RV. The only engraver I know of with those initials is Ray Viramontez and I can say with a high degree of certanty that that engraving looks nothing like anything Ray ever did. It is possible that the RV is the owner's initials but I can't see the initials in the photos.

Well, I am no expert obviously but I believe this was done on commission, based on the coverage and "design" aspects. I want this and this...etc.

I asked for better pictures and hoped for an easy answer.
