Come one.... Come all !!! We want to welcome you to our home on May 1st,2nd, and 3rd , 2015,for our annual Get-together. This is a get together for engravers to come together to share their talent, ideas, suggestions, and work, with other engravers to keep the art of engraving alive. There will be master engravers as well as newbies and we welcome all of you!!! This is an open invitation to anyone who would like to attend. There is no fee or cost, the only thing we ask, is that your bring drinks of your choice(no alcohol please). We have blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn Express off of I-95, at 5000 Hayes Place,Wilson NC... call 252-234-7900 to book your room. Blocked under BAIN ENGRAVING . Please book early. The room block ends 4/01/15.We generally get started on Friday afternoon and wind things up Sunday afternoon. Please contact Kathy 252-292-2583, or text her at that number ,or e-mail her at bain_kathy@hotmail.com if you are planning on attending as she is the one with the MASTER LIST and Ken and I are not great at keeping track of who is coming. She will be planning the menu, so she is the one to contact is you plan on eating.We are so looking forward to seeing our old friends and meeting new ones!!!

Ken will be here, and he is always eager and willing to share what he knows as well as all the other guys and gals.. you can save a lot of time and frustration learning from those that have been doing it awhile. Just a friendly reminder..time is slipping by.. the block for the rooms will end on 4/01/15.. so if you need reservations ,I would not wait until the last minute, because once the rooms are unblocked.. they will be GONE. That is the same weekend of the ball tournament.. so if you are planning on coming and need a room I would go ahead and reserve it..and again please let Kathy know... We are looking forward to seeing everyone and seeing all your work and everything you have done this year..

ok guys.. this post is for the year 2015... this year... the first full weekend in May.... we are still planning on having the engrave -in here in wilson nc if there is enough interest.. some may have seen the other post that said it was cancelled...that post was from 2012...
