I inlaid brass on stainless, engraved my new design for knife bolster.

very clean looking. nice ! was the brass difficult to inlay ? akihiro: did you make the bolster ? or just engrave on it ?

Brass inlay is very difficult. Cut deep trench, and create an overhang in many.
It must be hammered by a strong.
Branching part is particularly difficult because hardly fixed.

cut a 410 stainless steel in saw, shaping up with a file,finally, I engraved.
