Kodak printer for design transfer?

do you plan to print on transparencies? inkjet works for certain transparencies laser on parchment paper

I'm really not sure. Sorry I'm still very new to engraving. I've seen the methods with the transparency paper and then with plain paper.
I guess I'm just looking for guidance on how to make this printer transfer! haha
My wife isn't happy with all the money I've spent lately on this new hobby so looking for advice before any more purchasing!
Would this be the correct method for this printer & using the regular kodak ink?
1. Print to the transparency film. Remember what you transfer will be mirrored. If needed, mirror the design or text in the computer before printing. First print to plain paper to check the print size. To save transparency cost, print at the top or bottom of the transparency, trim off and reuse the remainder of the transparency.
2. Trim the pattern from the sheet.
3. Clean the surface to be engraved with alcohol, acetone, etc...
4. Apply transfer solution to the surface using a Q-tip, finger, or paintbrush, and allow to dry for a few seconds.
5. Tape the transparency with ink side down on the prepared surface.
6. Burnish over the back side of the transparency with your fingernail or a plastic object
7. Lift the transparency and the design will be transferred.

Remember everything you buy is on sale, and it was a deal of a life time, that seems to work for me.

As someone posted on Facebook arguing with the wife or telling porky's is like being arrested by the law what ever you say will be used against you at a later date.

wake up ! tell yer wife you'll take over all the grocery shopping. wife will be overjoyed. then steal grocery money to support your habit. she will never notice. have been doing this for years, and have yet to be caught !
