Does anyone know the proper way to qualify screws on a colt saa,my first thought was a endmill, but I figured I would ask rather then just start cutting thanks -Mike
Hi Mike,
I Assume You Mean By Using An End Mill It Would Be To Deepen The Screw Head Relief In The
Frame. It Is Better To Work On The Cheapest Part To Replace If Something Goes Wrong I.e. The
Screws. You Can Grab The Screws By The Shank In A Lathe Or Drill Motor And Using A Fine
Crosscut File With A Safe Side Turn The Bottom Of The Screw Head To Fit (safe Side
Against The Screw Shank). If The Slot Is Past North - South You Can Raise A Torque Shoulder
On The Bottom Of The Screw Head And Then Fit As Above.
