Nice rings. Not being a jewlery guy, I'm going to guess that your rings are cast using the wax ring for mold making?

Yes I carve the rings out of wax first. Then pore investment over. Put in oven and melt the wax out. Now I have a hollow mold of the ring. Then melt gold and cast the ring. About half my rings I hand carve. The rest I use CAD/Matrix to make the ring then mill it out & cast.
