Question: Ruger Red Lable Shotgun

It been a little while since I have posted anything. I have a Ruger Red Lable shotgun in the shop to engrave, it is blued steel. Is there any problems cutting the receiver on one of these?

Blued ones are decent. Stainless ones suck. Both the blue and SS will vary in hardness but any blued one I did was tolerable.

Just some simple scrol work to do but I know most Ruger's that I have had any dealings with on their internals have been very hard. JJ I will take your advice.

My experience with Red Labels is the same as Rex's.

If you think those are tough, try a Browning Synergy. Or better yet, don't.
