There are some engravings that are tedious and difficult - and then there are some that are pure fun from the beginning to the end. The Jeep Colt was one of those really, really fun things to do.
My client is a Jeep collector and owns a CJ2A - the very first of the Post War civilian Willys Jeeps. His is 1948 model.
We gave Katherine Plumer the challenge of creating a color scrim of Donald's CJ2A sitting in his native North Carolina woods. No doubt it is one of the best parts of this presentation!
The Jeep grille and Willys tailgate were no challenge, but I must say that the WARN hub on the loading gate certainly was.
The letters are 3/4mm tall.
