Question: Titles assigned to members

I've been wondering how the titles are assigned to us members. (Cafe member, Elite Cafe member, Junior member etc.) Haven't found it in the rules but I know it's gotta be here somewhere. Thanks, Spank

Most of them are just based on post count so a chatty type like me can look like they're important (I'm not).

A few are specifically designated, i.e. 'Moderator' pretty much at the whim of our Benevolent Dictator.
