or-- get online and copy a protractor scale. take it into a graphics program (i use coreldraw). size it to the same size washers you have chosen. then make a transfer of the protractor and using transfer techniques, apply to the washers. when they're dry, simply engrave the lines. yer good to go. you won't need all 360 degrees. my grs dual angler uses 5 degree marks. let us know how you make out.

Thanks to all once again I used the linear scale generator instead of the dial generator it worked in a pinch after some resizing and fancy taping I was able to mark 90 degrees on the horizontal and 180 degrees on the lateral I then fashioned a poor excuse of grind on one of my HSS blanks (quasi-onglette style freehand) and put it in one of my "new" handles then made a mess of the tick marks! it looks pretty consistent only there are no numbers but I'm confident it will work....next part of the curve...work holding/vice rotating stand ......added a picture I took like 9 this was the best one I could get after polishing it! Sorry for my lack of photography skills
