i,ve been back from iraq for about 30 days now. had an invitation from mr. hurst to come visit when i got back. i went today to meet with him . the most important thing he taught me was to stick with it and don,t go onto other things such as the rifles i like to make , and the bluing i like to do. i,ve finally come to that conclusion now, i,ve got to stick to the engraving, which is what i love the most. he was working on a pump action , engraved , and with a bunch of gold inlay, picture perfect, blew me away. i,d just like him to know that his talk at me really put me over the edge. i will remember this meeting for as long as i live, and will for sure be back to see him again............my thoughts ...........john pilk
