My nephew Jace learning to wriggle this afternoon. He is 5. Not everything I teach him is bad despite what his parents say.

But Haraga, isn't that the way to teach wriggle work? lol seems to be by the blue knuckles. It's nice to see that some kids are interested, but then again he may have been trying to stay warm.
Cool picture!

it's so great to give a child as many experiences as possible. this brings many rewards, many of which may require a few decades to appear. but appear they do.

I taught our daughter to wriggle when she was about 10 years old. I gave her some brass trophy plates to practice lettering on. At one point she took my little Muhlmatt block to school with a flat graver and a supply of plates. She made name plates for the kids in her class. Everyone was amazed!
