The human wrist is a funny piece of anatomy. I took one of my wife's cuff bracelets and traced it on a piece of paper to use as a guide. The bracelets I make are typically 1/2" wide and 6" long. I have a mandrel I bought to shape them, but have found it much easier to use 2 different diameter pipes (thanks to Brian Marshall) to get the larger radius and the smaller end curves. They typically fit somewhat loosely but that seems to be ok.
With these pipe jigs to form bracelets........do you form the bracelet round the pipe by whacking it with a hammer???
tyvm for this. this sort of thing can be valuable to a newbie. it shows one can achieve without going broke. fittings as you show here, can be found at most junkyards for a buck or 2. they won't be squeeky clean like yours, but a bit of wet & dry would soon fix that. Here's a pic of the setup I use... 2" 90 degree elbow for the base then 1 1/2" pipe nipple and 1" pipe nipple to shape the bracelet on.
