My critique is simple, two words - quit "practicing" - on plates.

You are at the level where your work now belongs on useful items. Continue your learning on articles that bring you an income.

A friend of mine, JC Randell - used to say that once you get to a certain level everything is a practice plate in a way, because you improve on every job.

He used to think of $20,000 watches as "practice plates". And if you had known him you would have seen it was truth. He did get better on every job.

Go DO it!

Since you asked for critique I'll offer a couple of points. One is the origination. The first scroll really doesn't originate from a specific point as it's a circle. Can't say I've ever seen that done. Doesn't mean it can't be done. I just find it a little odd. Next point concerns shading. I see multiple places where a leaf comes from behind another yet there is no shading to give the illusion of having come from behind. The leaf on top should create a shadow on the leaf growing from behind it yet many of these places were left white. Lastly is the larger scrolls growing from smaller ones. Typically you would like them to grow large to small as in nature.
Small points but these are just things that stick out to me. I wish my practice plates had looked this nice!!
