Who and how made the memorial plaque? What is the price of work?

i made it, covered in asphaltum then scratched in her image etched, then recovered the plate in select areas and re treated until i got the different levels in her face and surrounding areas. it was a fun project, hours wise 15 or so most of the time was waiting for the resist to dry. i then went back in with a bullino tool and added lines and highlights to her face.
