It's a commercial sharpening guide for grinding/forming the dubbed face.
I don't sell the Otto Carter Bulldozer Fixture, but I use it - look it up for yourself.

how do i find his templates ive searched his site but cant find so much as even his 116 templates and everyone that sells them such as stuller is out

I guess you didn't search very hard. At the top left, in bright red it says Engraving Tools. Click on it.

i tried that the otherday all it was pulling up was palm controls, regulators, chasing hammer heads and a few odds and ends i even searched the terms templates and sharpening with no results however today everything popped up so im not sure what to say about that o_O

Thanks Adder. I hear I forget, I see I remember, I do I understand. The link Adder shows above gives a very clear picture of how the bulldozer is sharpened. To me it looks very difficult to do by hand. and a fixture is necessary to do it correctly.
