Pipe Hawk

My wife asked me to make her a pipe tomahawk for our anniversary I forged it from an old muzzleloader barrel. The forging and after a little clean up.

fabulous to my eye. really cool. i'v forged a few. engraved a couple and acid etched the rest. none were pipe hawks. you are blessed with a wife that appreciates such things !

Thank you all for the comments. If it weren't for people like monk and John B giving advice I couldn't have done this. mtlctr those are some nice pistols. I have been shooting and building muzzle loaders since 94. Mostly Lancaster and York pattern long rifles and a few pistols.
