Yes, I believe that is 7.0 in torque.
Adapters are just sliding in and out, no tools to change them. For my work it is great as I switch between burrs of FG (1/16") and 1/8" very often. The MDI Woodcarving site included both adapters so there was no added cost.

You can also 'sacrifice' one or two (or more) gravers and grind out an area immediately behind face/heel. I use this a lot when voiding tiny areas to be enamelled (where deeper voiding is needed). Easy to do with round diamond burr - you can grind 'back' as far as you need to not risk running...
