Hello, I'm Mark Naglreiter. I'm new to the Engravers Cafe. I'm a self taught amateur learning from The Art of Engraving by James Meek. I'm a semi-retired Tool & Die Maker. I've made all my own tools including my engraving ball. I'm wanting to go to school for exposure to the engraving art/and engravers themselves. I've studied Sam's site for a few years. I make knives and engrave those. Script and Old English are my favorite. So I'm reaching out now on this site to learn and receive constructive criticism and meet other engravers. I can't thank Sam Alfano enough for his enourmus contribution to the Engraving Arts.
