If I were a betting man, I would lay my wager around the last part of Sept. There still seems to be a bunch of date open.
I'm on the Oct. 31, Oh silly me. So I'm locked in. If you happen to be lurking, this would be a good first post.

Right; I calculated wrong when I picked Sept. 8th; members have been joining at a rate of about 3.25/day since the forum was launched, which puts the 1000'th half way between the guesses of gail.m (the 14th) and nicglass1 (the 18th).... There are three unselected days in between them folks...
