I need advice on engraving stainless steel I have some watches backs to engrave what graver material is best suited for this task ? Should I be using carbalt or hss? What face angle is recommended also please? Thank you.

Gunsmith, I like Carbalt graver material sharpening in the Universal 116 with 50 degree face for all my engraving on stainless steel firearms. J.J.
