Just curious. How will the knob be attached to the bolt and will it have to be bent to its final contour? Will welding and heating be required?

I used regular templates and eyeball, took a couple of try's:beatup:

1/4 inch thick lead plates in the vise jaws.

the gunsmith will do the welding and bending, with a heat sink on the ball end
