Just did these this morning, easy as pie with a little patience in prepping (drilling out & bright cutting) before bearing cutting the little pip claws.
No skills required & fairly quickly to knock out these bracelet links.
Starting with a flat surface obviously requires abit of work & layout skill but I still would prefer some good old fashioned bead raising & cutting up..much more of a hand crafted look & much more likely to last.
